Lucky Sevens Comics: Live Space

Well, it's a new year, meaning that there's a clean slate for me in terms of my art.  To commemorate the New Year fashionably late, I'll show you two comics: one is the first comic I made in 2007, and the second is the last comic I made in 2007.  When you see the changes I've made, you'll see why I'm excited to start this year anew.  I can only imagine how much I'll improve!

So... here are the two comics:

Technically, National Dex had the last comic, but ND has only been around since November of last year.  Of course, even in that small time frame, there have been some great improvements.

Speaking of National Dex... I really badly want to move the story along.  I hope you're sitting down for this... 'cause this is crazy: I'm actually excited about something I'm working on!  It must be the need to prove I'm not like the other Pokemon "fan comics" out there...  I also think I need to try and take a new direction with Fox Den... but then again, when don't I say that, eh?

Ooo!  I've been thinking about making a bunch of wallpapers and avatars.  Both FD and ND, of course, but I'm not sure how I want to design them.  No worries, I have some good ideas... or at least they're good in my eyes.  Anyway... I should probably get to working on the next episodes instead of sitting around typing this up, huh?

Tomorrow is New Year's Eve, if you didn't already know... and if you didn't, it's New Year's FRICKIN' Eve!  I'll once again be gone from home and unable to complete any comics until New Year's Day.  I know... I need to stop going away!  But I go to this family thing every year because it makes my grandma happy.  And of course, it's a lot of FUN!

We'll be opening letters to ourselves that we wrote five years ago on that night.  I shudder to think what I may have written (and, knowing me, drew) in that letter.  It's probably not as embarrassing and humorous as the video we made SIX years ago.  That was a riot!

Anyway, try not to get too drunk this holiday.  I can't 'cause I'm under 21 :D

Goodbye 2007 and HELL-OOOO 2008!

Yeah, I know other places I had said that I would be back and ready to make more comics on Christmas Day... but apparently the plan changed a bit.  Now I'm not coming home until Friday, December 28.  Sorry everyone, but I can't do anything until I have access to my scanner.  So... the comics will be put on hold for the rest of the week, but I'll be uploading more than what I normally would to make up for the week I've missed.

So... that's all really.  I got some pretty neat stuff for Christmas this year.  I hope you all had a good one as well, and I'll see you next time!

I'll be updating this thing to let people know what's going on with me so you can anticipate any changes to the update schedule of Fox Den or National Dex.  I'll also upload random art and stuff to this place, so be sure to keep checking back.
